    Original music by modern composers from 4 different groups

  1. Special Joint Concert “To the new horizon of the Japanese music ensemble” 17:30-19:30
  2. Unit Concert 13:00-15:00
    Fee: 1,000 yen for above two concerts
  3. Free events (Admission Free)
    Concert by young performers 12:00-12:45
    Concert by elementary and junior high school student performers  16:00-17:45
  4. Workshop by composer Etsuo Kawasaki (Reservation required)  15:30-17:00
    “Sagami Fantasy”
    Fee: 1,000 yen
  5. Small Gathering at Restaurant Muse (Reservation required)  19:30-21:00
    Fee: 500 yen

2nd. September

  1. All-Japan Traditional Music Ensemble Concert 11:30-18:00
  2. Japanese traditional music rock band “AKARA” concert Performing several times
    Fee: 1,000 yen for above two concerts
  3. Farewell party at Restaurant “Muse” (Reservation required) 18:30-20:30
    Fee: 3,000 yen

1st., 2nd. September

  1. Workshops (Reservation required)
    Beginners’ courses of Japanese traditional music instruments
    12 lectures: koto, 17-gen, shamisen, shakuhachi, etc.
    Fee: 1,000 yen/each lecture
  2. Experience of Japanese music instruments
    9/1 11:00-17:00, 9/2 10:00-16:00
    koto, shamisen, shakuhachi
    Fee: free
  3. Exhibition 9/1 12:00-18:00, 9/2 10:00-16:00
    Exhibition of music note and folk music instruments, etc.
    Demonstration of Japanese musical instrument production
